Billy Aircon was founded in 2003 by Philips, a technician who saw a gap in the Singapore aircon servicing market. Too many companies were acting as middlemen — taking bookings and outsourcing the actual work to freelance technicians, with no accountability for quality or pricing.
Philips started Billy Aircon with a simple promise: employ our own technicians, publish our prices, and stand behind our work. That philosophy has not changed in over 20 years.
