Terms of Service

1. Services

Billy Aircon provides aircon servicing, repair, chemical wash, gas top-up, and installation services across Singapore. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Service appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation should be done at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or emergency calls.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices listed on our website are for standard HDB and condo servicing.
  • Additional charges may apply for landed properties, office buildings, CBD locations, and after-6pm jobs.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept Cash, PayNow, and Bank Transfer.
  • For installation work, payment is accepted in cash only.

4. Warranty

  • All servicing and repair work comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty.
  • The warranty covers defects in workmanship only — not pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the 90-day period.
  • We will inspect and rectify any warranty claim at no additional cost.

5. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing defects, end-of-life equipment failures, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
  • If our work causes damage to your property, we will rectify or compensate the damage.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the aircon units for our technicians.
  • Inform us of any known issues, hazards, or access restrictions before the appointment.
  • Ensure someone is present at the premises during the service appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Billy Aircon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
